THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("Licensee" or "You") AND THE LICENSOR - BISARMA Audio ("BISARMA") - WITH REGARD TO THE COPYRIGHTED SOFTWARE ("Software" or "Plug-ins") PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY AND/OR USE THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. Eligible Licensees.

This Software is available for license solely to software owners, with no right of duplication or further distribution, licensing, or sub-licensing.

2. Permitted Use.

You are allowed to use this Software to create personal and commercial musical compositions. You may sell and distribute your productions created with this Software royalty-free.

3. Prohibited Use.

You are not permitted to use the sounds from this Software to create other virtual instruments, sound libraries, or loops for commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer this Software or any part of it to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property.

All intellectual property rights to this Software, including but not limited to sounds, code, and associated materials, belong exclusively to BISARMA. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights over the Software.

5. Refund Policy.

This Software is a digital products available for immediate download. BISARMA do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or the customer has accidentally purchased the same product twice. In case the product is defective, proof in the form of screenshots or videos ir required. BISARMA cannot issue refunds if You have already downloaded the product and changed your mind, do not have the correct hardware or software required, do not have sufficient knowledge to use the product, or the product does not work due to pirated and illegally downloaded software.

6. User Responsibility.

This Software is intended to be used in conjunction with music based production software (DAW). It is the Licensee's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and equipment to use our products.

7. Limitation of Liability.

In no event shall BISARMA be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Termination.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
